2 Night minimum required (3 nights on holidays)
The Advance Deposit confirms your reservation. It must be received within 10 days from date reservation is made; we will send your confirmation by mail.
Pick up keys and check-in at Don J's Getaways Vacation Rentals. If you plan to arrive later than 5 PM, please call at least 24 hours ahead.
On arrival the balance due less Advance Deposit plus 6% room tax and $100 refundable Cleaning / Security Deposit is payable in full by cash of check. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.
The refundable Cleaning / Security Deposit will be return to you by mail within 10 days after you leave upon satisfactory inspection of your rental.
CANCELLATIONS: reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival will forfeit the Advance Deposit, unless the house can be re-rented for the entire canceled period. (A $25 Cancellation Fee will be charged.) 31 days to 6 months: full refund, less $25 Cancellation Fee. Advance deposits for holiday periods and for reservations made more than six months in advance are subject to a 50% Cancellation Fee. No refunds will be made for early departure.
